Doesn't this ladies face speak of a thousand experiences? She was a resident of a village far out of Katmandu and in all probability had been carried for days/weeks to collect her wheelchair. Imagine going through all that and then having to pose for a photograph in order to satisfy some Westerners 'feel good' factor?
